Since 1973, PCI Communications, Inc (On Trac Publishing) has been committed to delivering high-quality community newsletters and directories, working hand in hand with Homeowner Associations and communities throughout Florida.

 

We offer our newsletters primarily free of charge to associations and communities, supported by local business advertisers.

 

From design to printing, and even delivering the newsletters to the community, we manage the entire process.

Our approach involves working closely with editors who are deeply rooted in their communities—whether as board members, community managers, or residents. This ensures that the newsletters we produce, which typically range from 12 to over 20 pages depending on the content and advertising space, are both relevant and valuable to the readers.

Beyond the physical copy, we also provide options for digital distribution through a website.

Our goal is to help neighborhoods communicate effectively while seamlessly integrating local business advertising. We take pride in removing the logistical and financial burdens of newsletter production from the Homeowner Associations, property managers, and board members, allowing them to focus on other important community matters.
